Meet Our Team

Founded in 2010, BU Style is a woman-owned-and-operated team of style strategists. We provide corporate and personal style consulting for men, women, and non-binary individuals in New York City and virtually.

We are more than “personal stylists”; we are Style Strategists. Each of our team members is technically trained in principles of styling and has a broad knowledge of fashion and brands. Most importantly, each has a passion and curiosity for supporting others in using style as a means for discovery, alignment, and influence. 

BU Style’s high level of expertise and thoughtful approach has been sought out by an array of business and personal clients. Notable projects include global styling team for Bloomberg Television; presentations to major financial institutions, media companies, and universities; and various news outlet contributions.

Natalie Tincher

Founder & Principal Style Strategist

Natalie finds pure joy in connecting with others and fostering a fun, empowering, and kind community of style support. She has a strong focus on creating style brand alignment and strategies for executives and founders as well as for businesses and their employees.

She has served as Global Head of Styling for Bloomberg TV and regularly shares her expertise with corporate groups, media companies, and news outlets.

Natalie is certified in Image Consulting through the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Rebecca Robles

Director of BU Beauty & Makeup Artist

Rebecca loves makeup and meeting new people. She is enthusiastic about helping others feel confident and empowered to take charge of their beauty routine. 

As a makeup artist and hairstylist for over 13 years, Rebecca has enjoyed working in many different facets of the beauty industry. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Out, and Glamour.

Rebecca is listed as a top wedding makeup artist in New York on Carats & Cake.

Allison Allie

Director of Operations

Internationally trained in image consulting and the principles of styling, Allison transitioned into the fashion industry 10 years ago.

Located in Manhattan, by way of Brussels and Stockholm she joined BU Style in 2020.

Allison is passionate about operational excellence, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and partners.

Kelly McCready

Director of Communications & Marketing

With 10 years of project management and digital media creation and coordination experience, Kelly is thrilled to finally be working for a company whose values and interests align with her own.

Kelly is happily settled in Brooklyn after living in eight different countries and accumulating too many passports. She joined BU Style in 2023 after connecting with Natalie organically in conversation via the Wear Who You Are podcast.

Kelly is passionate about social engagement and inclusivity, ensuring that communities are built with intention and authenticity.
